It’s human nature...  When we see a problem or something that needs to get done, we allow wan to jump in and help do it.  That’s even more true of business owners, but it’s often not the real way we can help.  A leader’s true role isn’t to be in the foxhole, but to sit above things view the business from above to see things others cant and provide solutions that those working “in” the business just can’t see.
