Traffic
Allow extra time, merge early, and check Live Traffic before leaving. Current issues:
Belmore — Kingsgrove Rd x Canterbury Rd: two-car crash, signals blacked out; all directions affected. Emergency services on scene.
Lansvale — Hume Hwy eastbound past Longfield St: two-car crash, right lane closed.
Lurnea — M5 eastbound past Kurrajong Rd: van breakdown, left lane closed.
Ingleburn — Hume Motorway southbound off-ramp to Brooks Rd: truck breakdown; take care exiting.
 
Trains
Network-wide wet weather alert: platforms are slippery—don’t rush.
Blue Mountains Line maintenance (day 3 of 5)
Buses replace trains between Lithgow and Mount Victoria.
Mount Victoria–Central on a changed timetable; Bathurst services altered.
Friday night changes
From 8:50pm: buses Lithgow to Blacktown.
From 10:40pm: buses Blacktown to Lithgow.
Last through services: Mount Victoria 7:56pm → Central 10:17pm; Central 9:09pm → Mount Victoria 11:30pm.
T1 Western: City to St Marys on a changed timetable; change at Blacktown for buses.
Coach connections at Lithgow: NSW TrainLink 132 232.
