As the Beast comes to power, he is permitted to go to war against the Saints and overcome them. But who are the Saints in the context of Revelation?

As the Beast comes to power, He draws all the world to worship him which is to worship The Dragon. This reign will be short lived however; the Lord has granted him only 42 months in which to work his tyranny before he will be destroyed at Christ’s return.

We begin by finishing our overview of the career of the Beast – the Antichrist, Lawless One, Man of Sin. We then continue on in chapter 13 considering the circumstances of his rise to power and his ability to draw the whole world to worship him.
