People might think they know what the 5 stages of grief are and where they are on the list, but did you know that the model The 5 Stages of Grief created by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross in 1969 was actually created through interviews with terminally ill people?

You don't have to have listened to Episode 33 What is Grief? - Episode 1 in this Series on Grief to listen to this episode, but there are some great definitions of grief and stories shared.

In this episode, The Stages are discussed and defined, but there are also more stories shared and practical information about what someone might be experiencing during an illness, and after a death, of a pet.
