  • The Marine Corps Marathon

It's hard to believe, but I'll be running my first ever marathon in just about a month.

Along the way, I've been able to talk with some really facinating individuals in ther unnning community. I'm not done yet, but with a month to go, I thought it would be fitting to release this very special episode of the podcast with Colonel Colgate, who is the mastermind behind this year's race.

A runner and Marine herself, Colonel Colgate shares a bit about her history with running as well as some teasers for what is considered to be one of the best marathons for beginners.

Angeleaza Anderson did just that after being benched from her fast-paced running life because of an illness. Due to the toll it took on her heart, she literally had to teach herself how to run again.
