In today’s show we have a recurring theme of how toxic narcissistic people follow very similar patterns. It is as if they ALL follow the same playbook - which they ultimately do. It is very important to look at the actions verses the words of the person. This also means it is very important to “listen to your gut” and watch and believe the warning signs when you see/hear them!
