Hello friends! This week I've been thinking about what it means to own my truth. In figuring out and journaling what that means for me, I landed on seven big ideas.

1. There are infinite possibilities.

2. Experts can only get you so far.

3. Feel what's true.

4. Trust yourself and others.

5. Resist the temptation to convince others.

6. Ask yourself, Am I doing this because it's expected of me?

7. Try it on and see what happens.
