I speak confidently when I say: Purandev Kaur is a uniquely graceful and lovely person.

Rob showed up early for our 7am meeting. 
I was on time - not early. If you know me, you know. 

But Rob has that positive vibe going on that puts a smile on your face and makes the early morning feel like high noon. 

And when he told me about the I CAN BIKE program, I was a great big, from-the-tips-of-my-toes YES!!

Several reasons: 
It's about bikes. 
It's providing a life-skill to folks with unique abilities + challenges. 
It's right here in our community of Independence. 
AND it's a summer camp!

Come on!!  I signed up to volunteer immediately.

It's both uplifting + grounding. It's the strength + the softness. Some call it the 'high octave'. 
It's available in many forms but today we are talking about femininity. 

And I'm sitting with Kaley Tocco. 
I invited Kaley because this is how she is: both uplifting + grounding, both strong + soft. She has arrived at a point in her life that one might call 'high octave'. And when you're with her, you feel it. 

Kaley is a yoga teacher, a reiki master, a sound healer and a feminine empowerment guide. She has lived experiences in this lifetime - and most likely in past lifetimes - that have well prepared her for these tasks. 

Her passion is supporting women in embodying and empowering their femininity through events + retreats, reiki session + yoga classes. Her story is inspiring. And her offerings are joyful + impactful.
