"It's not surprising," says Tom White, though a surprise could manifest if there are no cuts for 2026 and even a rate hike in 2027 if inflation pressures worsen. Resolution in the U.S.-Iran War and improving economic conditions in the states are key to reversing that sentiment, Tom adds.
