It’s a compromise of abilities and potential; a negotiation between the drive to excel and the biological urge to settle for the most comfortable option

Rest helps to balance hormones, support the immune system, and reduce inflammation in the body. Taking time off from work to relax and unwind can also calm the mind, enhance creativity, and bring peace into our lives. Our environment also affects our ability to rest.
