In follow up to my last episode, Nutrition 101 I thought it would be good to interview my dear friend, Dr. MacKenzie Vetter (@dr.mackenzievetter) of The Wellness Way - Flathead Valley and take a deeper dive into the HOTTLY debated topic of food based allergies.

Here is her list of Do's & Do Not's -

Do: Wash Your Food, Collagen, Aloe Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fermented Foods, High Fiber Foods

Do Not: Cow's Milk, Gluten, Soy, Processed Sugar, Hydrogenated Oils

Here are some of our favorite alternatives -

Milk: Macadamia, Cashew, Almond, Oat

Whey Protein: Steak Shake 

Gluten Free: Sammy's Bakery, Siete Tortillas, Catalina Crunch Cereal
