A new study published by the Center for Health and Research Transformation at the University of Michigan that reveals insights about the screening and referral of food insecure patients is a key strategy in helping people become food secure. Today on our show, our own Dr. Dawn Opel returns to help us understand at a greater level how the knowledge physicians have gained can help connect food insecure families to resources they need and help take Michigan to the next level of food security.
