The world is heavy and hard right now. I am grieving for the children and families of Uvalde Texas as well as every single person impacted by gun violence. For some it is a constant fear and trauma. It's so hard to know how to move forward, and how to offer support to those who are grieving.
In this episode I talk about why we take food to those who are grieving, and the very natural and loving gesture that it is. Food is a constant necessity in our lives. What a beautiful thing that it can be used to show love and support when there are just no answers.
