Gloria shares why calming down around food is often the first step, and how real change comes from confidence, ownership, and making the best choice you can in the moment — not perfection.

We explore her philosophy of adding instead of constantly taking away, starting with something as simple as bringing more color into your meals. We also talk about stress, emotional eating, and how avoiding parts of your life can show up in your relationship with food.
