Christine noticed that the pandemic worsened her binge eating habits. She has tried different diets and fasts in pursuit of weight loss.

Marathon Runner Roger was conflicted because he wanted to lose weight to achieve his running time goal but was having a difficult time controlling his eating.
We went over two self-limiting beliefs: I don’t have the will power to limit my snacking and I don’t believe I can get to an ideal goal weight for running a full marathon.
We talk about self-discipline and where it's appropriate. Roger was able to go from having a clear weight goal to becoming free from numbers and still being happy with his hobby of running.
