Did you know that even if you do not meet the criteria for an actual eating disorder, you might still have disordered thinking or behavior? If you are struggling to lose weight, you might not even be aware of it!

Over the past 20 years, Iโ€™ve been struggling to lose weight until I was trying to find a non-diet weight loss. Whenever I thought something might work, it didnโ€™t! Thatโ€™s when I decided to try something new. I developed a non-diet d.i.e.t.

What does the acronym ๐ƒ.๐ˆ.๐„.๐“. stand for?

๐ƒ โ€“ ๐ƒ๐ข๐  ๐๐ž๐ž๐ฉ (We canโ€™t always trust our bodies, so I revealed how this diet starts. Seek answers to my questions because that will help you start this non-diet approach on the right foot. Remember, preparing yourself for this is essential)

๐ˆ โ€“ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  (a non-diet approach that helps you have a healthy relationship-ยญmentally and physically-with food. You need to get insightful and intuitive about your eating)
