Sound: Slide whistle (It goes up and down)

Bio: Whistloonies are quite the sight to behold. Their insides are completely hollow , are flexible and they're somewhat transparent, they also come in several colours and patterns. These doggies can consume tons of helium as they use it to fly across the skies. They're very fragile though, too much helium consumption, flying past the ozone layer, or touching anything sharp will cause them to pop, killing them instantly. Jackstown saw some of these accompanying some clowns.
