In this week’s episode I talk about a few positions on the football team and how this is EXACTLY like business (and life actually).  When we know our zone of genius and focus on THAT … we can see the most success.  We spend soooo much of our time, comparing our weakest areas to someone else’s strengths and wonder why the fuck we suck.    We can do this better.  ;)

Find your zone of brilliance and go ALL IN.  Forget your weaknesses … they don’t matter (except to know what NOT to do).  ;)
