In Genesis 26, Isaac returned to the wells his father Abraham had dug—wells that had been buried by jealousy, conflict, and time.

When David found himself weary and running for his life, Barzillai set a table.

Not a small gesture, but an extravagant one. He showed kindness for a king who had nothing to offer in return.

Scandalous hospitality meets people at their worst moment and gives more than they deserve. It refuses to let a difficult season become the final chapter of someone's story.

The table Barzillai set in the wilderness became a legacy that outlived him. And it reminds us that sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer is simple, undeserved grace.

Jesus went through Samaria on purpose. Not for a crowd, but for one woman carrying a jar and a lifetime of thirst.

At a well in the middle of an ordinary day, she met the Messiah. He saw her story, offered living water, and changed everything.

She came carrying a jar. She left carrying a testimony. Leaving the jar behind, she ran to tell everyone what Jesus had done.

Some encounters change everything.

Leave the jar. Come and see.

Maintain Your Heading

It’s easy to drift—one distraction, one compromise at a time. But God calls us back to center.

“Love must be sincere… cling to what is good… keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.” (Romans 12:9–11 NIV)

This message is a call to realign—to examine your life, refocus, and choose consistency from this day forward.

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. (Romans 12:12)
Live in harmony… as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. (Romans 12:16, 18)

No matter what comes—
“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Romans 12:21 NIV)

Stay steady. Stay rooted.

We can know about God and still remain distant. There comes a moment when knowing is no longer enough—when belief must become surrender.

This message tells a story shaped by grace: that we have all fallen short, yet God met us in our sin with love. Through Christ, what was broken is offered new life.

To those who believe and receive Him, He gives a new identity—children of God.
The invitation is simple, but the decision is personal: to accept, to choose, to follow.

Mary’s words still lead us: “Do whatever He tells you.”

Obedience turns ordinary moments into places of glory.

Let His Word steady you,

let His Spirit remind you,

and let His people guide you.

At Cana, the servants simply followed His voice—

and the water became wine.

Sometimes the miracle is on the other side of doing what He says.

“So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.”

We carry things we were never meant to bring—
the voice that says “I don’t deserve another chance,”
the fear that whispers “I’ll always be this way,”
the shame that declares “I am my worst moment.”

Paul felt the tension—wanting good yet wrestling with sin.
Still, the answer wasn’t effort… it was Jesus.

Because of Him:
You are not condemned.
You will not be condemned.
You cannot be condemned.

The law couldn’t save us—so God did what we couldn’t do.
Through Jesus, sin lost its claim and grace had the final word.

So why carry what heaven already cleared?

Jesus was condemned for your sin—
so you could walk in freedom, not shame.

We’re born bent toward ourselves — toward comfort, image, and control.

But Jesus shows us another way.

Paul calls us to humility… to lay down selfish ambition… to see others as better than ourselves.

And Christ gives us the pattern: God in flesh choosing a towel, kneeling low, serving with love.

Selfishness turns relationships into transactions.

Servanthood opens the door to real joy.

When life stops being about me,

Jesus becomes the center —

and love finally has room to breathe

Worship isn’t background noise — it’s a battlefield posture.
When Jehoshaphat needed direction, he didn’t look at the dry valley… he asked for a worshiper. And while the harp played, God filled what looked empty.

Worship refocuses us.
Worship makes room for God to move.
Worship shifts us from passive to prepared.

If He can fill a dry valley without wind or rain, He can fill the dry places in you.
Worship like it matters.
