John 21:15-19 The restoration of Peter by Jesus after Peter denied Jesus three times is profound and beautiful. Jesus restored him to ministry and reaffirmed his call to be His disciple. Pastor Mike shows us that what Jesus did for Peter is what God does for us.

John 20:30-21:14 At the end of John 20, John seems to wrap up his gospel account - but then chapter 21 comes along. Pastor Mike walks us through this dynamic and helps us see what the significance may be of the gospel continuing with Jesus serving His disciples breakfast.

John 20:24-29 Once again, the resurrected Jesus appears to His disciples, but this time, Thomas is present. He's not convinced that Jesus has risen from the dead. He wants to see proof. Pastor Joe challenges us to see ourselves in Thomas - and encourages us to come to the same conclusion Thomas did.

John 20:19-23 On the evening of the resurrection, Jesus miraculously appeared to the disciples. The men disciples were shocked. The women disciples were justified. And Jesus had some pretty interesting things to say!

John 20:1-18 John's account of the resurrection of Jesus is not without some humor. Pastor Mike walks us through John's telling of the resurrection and draws our attention to some of John's humorous bias about his actions that day. But John is not the point of the story - Jesus is, and like all who were there that day did, Pastor Mike declares that He is risen! He is risen indeed!

John 19:17-27  Pastor Mike takes us through John's account of Jesus on the cross by also looking at the other three gospel accounts to give us the horrific yet beautiful picture of what Jesus suffered for us.

John 18:38-19:16  Jesus was condemned and crucified by Rome - but Rome was reluctant to do it. Pastor Mike walks us through the Roman trial of Jesus and shows us all of the moving parts and forces that led to it.

Pastor Joe walks us through this beautiful and powerful Psalm and encourages those of us who are going through difficult times that God is a God of redemption and will turn even difficult times into good.

Money is mentioned over 800 times in the Bible. Jesus said that we cannot serve both money and God. The Apostle Paul said that the love of money is the root of all evil. Pastor Mike takes a whack at talking about money, possessions, and the way of Jesus.

John 18:12-27 John is the only Gospel writer to take the denials of Peter and weave them together with the arrest and Jewish trial of Jesus. Pastor Mike explains what this literary device is and helps us see why John may have done this - and then offers us the challenge that John was getting at for all who would read this account.
