The January transfer window has come and gone and Chelsea got their man. Chelsea has spent upwards of USD 600m on players since August, and none are more expensive than the Argentine midfielder from Benfica, Enzo Fernandez. At a Premier League record fee of 106.8m British pounds, Fernandez joins a revamped Chelsea side, looking to climb their way back into the European positions atop the table.
