This week on Waking the Red… friend of the podcast Kristin Knowles joins the show to discuss the CanWNT’s monumental win over the USWNT and what to expect from the gold medal match. The crew also talk CanMNT and look ahead to a pivotal week for Toronto FC.

On this week's show Mitchell, Mike and Jeff chat about Canada's huge win over Costa Rica, the Mark-Anthony Kaye trade, what has been going right for Toronto FC and the Canadian women's national team. 

The boys were back at BMO Field this week and reminisce about how amazing it was to return to our house by the lakeshore. They are also joined by Dr. Clare Rustad, former Canadian women's national team player and CBC Olympic host to preview Tokyo 2020 from a CanWNT perspective.
