This week I am joined by Grace Mongey of Faces by Grace. A beauty and lifestyle blog. Grace is mum to Sienna and has baby #2 arriving in a few weeks! Grace chats to me about her pregnancy and birth with Sienna, how motherhood has changed her and how she copes with her anxiety, from managing it day to day, to finding a therapist that understood her.

We also discuss how the media sensationalised her social media sharing during her first birth. In a society where we see sports stars share social media content from their hospital rooms - why is it still a taboo topic for women to share aspects of their birth?

With Grace’s openness regarding her anxiety I think this episode will really resonate with any mum that is experiencing anxiety for the first time or if anxiety has escalated since becoming a mum.
