As the UK is undergoing another lockdown, we thought we'd offer a treat!
In a special bonus edition, listen in to a seminar given by Mark Snelling, a member of Immanuel Brentford, on resilience in traumatic situations. It was originally recorded on 29 April 2020 as the UK was deep into the first national lockdown early in the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Mark is a psychotherapist, with expertise in trauma and issues assoicated with major humanitarian and crisis situations, including heavy involvement in the psychological fallout of the Ebola epidemic.
In the midst of a pandemic, what Mark has to say is incredibly relevant, with insight into what impact it has on our mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and giving us the tools and vocabularly to recognise understand what is happening right now, as well as a biblical framework to engage with the peculiar mental health issues arising from living through strange and strained times.
