I am sooo excited about these three questions I shared today!! Sometimes I think we forget that if we do not understand why we are feeling a certain way nobody around us is going to get it either! These questions are meant to help our kids understand themselves so that we can understand them better and completely skip the step of misunderstanding where arguments usually start!!!
