In this episode the kids and I are diving into how we might be feeling about being back at school. We are talking about the fact that we have alll the power to change how we are feeling and even how someone else is feeling! I encourage the kids to look around their classroom and introduce themself to someone new because we never know how happy we could make someone else by doing something small! This episode is meant to help the kids understand that they are not alone in how they feel and that everyone does feel differently towards different things but these differences are what make us each powerful! Lastly, I stress to the kids that no matter how we may be feelings things will change and we may have some bad days but we will also have good ones we just have to keep going and keep showing up because WE GOT THIS!!!
