Late last year residents in Cambridge, MA expressed privacy concerns over the use of traffic cameras that collected data, resulting in the city suspending their use of Flock cameras. Yet it was reported that Flock cameras were particularly useful in aiding authorities identifying the Brown University shooter back in December.
