With a background in all things fitness, health and wellbeing, Lauren trained as a yoga teacher several years ago, and now runs free community yoga classes in Wellington!

We chat about different styles of yoga, motivation vs discipline when you need to get out of bed at 6am to teach a class, and give you guys some ideas on how you can start your own yoga journey!
