Episode 6: Onward & Upward?

Dave sits down with a panel of historians to examine JCU’s past flirtation with making the jump to Division I athletics. It was a debate that continued from the 1920’s through the early 1980’s. Dave explores JCU’s transition from local service fraternities and sororities to national and international ones in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. On the heels of a JCU presidential inauguration, Dave explores notable past presidents of the University with a focus on the year 1937 when four different men held the title. So what exactly happened in 1937? Listen to learn more about the individuals who helped shape the John Carroll University we know and love today.
