It all started with a dream and a group of friends. Stephanie Caves, Sarah Keyeski, Carla Wiessing, and Stephanie Manley-Kessenich created what will be Willow Tree Wellness Cooperative. They will each take a hand in building the newest business in Lodi. Willow Tree Wellness will offer community members a chance to fill their cup with self-care. These women are strong and intelligent and walk us through the challenges of not only opening a new business, but renovating an old building to its glory. 
More than that these women each have a desire to help others, each in their own form. This dream has been marinating for each of them, proving entrepreneurship can strike when the moment is right! 
The idea of Willow Tree Wellness feels like a deep breath and release after a long day. There is no better way to serve your people. This is a business forged in love and appreciation.

Better done than perfect is our montra this week as this is such an important subject we lacked the time to edit to perfection. Women working in a male-dominated industry is a tough conversation, but women have too many strengths to ignore they belong in these growing fields! Tegan gives examples of what it has looked like for her, and why (the oh so scary) feminism should be embraced by all! Your glow doesn't diminish mine! Let's glow and grow together!

We did an impromptu sit down with the ladies from Prairie Winds! (Please don’t mind the heavy breathing from my sweet 14 year old who agreed to film! Better done than perfect!)
