Sam Karliner joins Michael Rasile on For the Love of Sports to discuss his Ironman experiences and how he turned running these races into a great cause.

Sam has completed 10 Ironman races over the last 12 years, and over that time he had a significant hip problem and a broken collarbone. Through his time on the racetrack he realized that while it's awesome that he has finished all these races, there was an opportunity to bring more light to causes he cares about.

Dakota Hunter joins Michael Rasile on For the Love of Sports to discuss his role in helping drivers find more opportunities off the track. Dakota first got his start while valeting cars and realizing who he was meeting daily. He eventually saw a name he knew at a business he liked and decided to take the man's name down and find him on LinkedIn and ask for an internship.

Dakota eventually started helping drivers with their media hits and helped coach them on how to be better on camera. Through meeting many people in the world of racing, he quickly became successful at this and took up a job as Aric Almirola's business manager.

Taj Dashaun joins Michael Rasile on For the Love of Sports to discuss his football career, what he went through after it ended, and how he was able to pick himself up to help others do the same.

Taj played D1 football at Stoney Brook University and after he realized he wasn't going pro he fell into drinking and depression. Playing this sport and recognizing it as a significant piece of his personality for almost 20 years hurt when it was taken away.

Taj was able to pick himself up and get better at dealing with the end of his playing career, and once he did, he noticed many of his friends were going through the same thing.

Rather than going to a course and hitting a ball 100 times with multiple different clubs, you have a FlingStick and throw the ball down the course.

Tanner is an athlete himself, earning a spot on the University of Villanova football team with a chance to compete for the QB1 spot.

Scott Stokely joins Michael Rasile on For the Love of Sports to discuss his career in disc golf and how it has led him to places he never thought before! Scott was one of the original disc golfers, making it up to #2 in the world when the sport only had 500,000 to 1 million people playing it. Not only was he one of the best in the game, but he was also one of the few who could make a full-time living from playing and promoting the sport he loved.

He realized out of the gate that there were many things he could do from a branding standpoint to allow him to make money from sponsorships and merchandising that could give him a prosperous life. 

Fast forward to today and while Scott's skills aren't in the top 10, he is still one of the highest earners in the sport. Through his social media, he has been able to create multiple businesses that revolve around the sport to allow him to travel the world while making money!
