Hi Friends,
I recorded this video for any of us who tend to have a hard time during the holiday season, or who go into certain holidays or anniversaries with a sense of dread and the repeated assertion that this time of year always sucks.
I hope this video helps you open to another possibility for the upcoming holidays, or Valentine’s Day, or whatever time of year tends to be more challenging. Please let me know how the video lands for you, and please share any practices that serve you in a good way during the holiday season.
What I continue to find is that the more committed I am to something sucking, the more likely it is to suck. Conversely, the more open I am to more peaceful and joyful possibilities, and the more intentional I am about creating them, the more likely they are to happen.
Nothing is a given. Not even the suck.
