Rob is discussing Ford's "Battle of the Overpass" which was an important step in moving the UAW, and in turn, the labor movement, forward. Ford responded with force, on public property to UAW officials spreading pamphlets to Ford workers.

This is part two of our reading and discussion of Eldridge Cleaver's book "Soul on Ice" written during his prison stay prior to the formation of the Black Panther Party.

It's an important work in understanding the environment and mindset the Party came from, as well as the context, and the personal changes necessary for someone to be an important part of the BPP.

We'll discuss the anti-imperialist origins of the "Prime Directive" the economic systems of Star Trek, and why it's a future worth fighting for!
