Caregiver Breathing Room

For When You Feel Drained and On Edge

Listen Later

This guided breathing reset for caregivers uses a cooling sip breath: a soft inhale through pursed lips and a slow exhale through the nose.

It is a 5 minute breathing exercise for moments when your body feels stirred up, your mind feels tired, and you need a little caregiver stress relief without having to leave the day completely.

This episode is for moments when:

  • you feel emotionally overheated and need a little space inside the day
  • you have been holding too much for too long and can feel it in your body
  • you want a short breathing meditation that feels simple and steady
  • you need a quiet pause before going back to caregiving tasks

Listening Instructions

  • You can listen seated, lying down, or wherever you are.
  • Eyes open or closed.
  • Just five minutes to soften your breath and let your body settle.
