Some days leave you feeling empty.
You keep showing up, even when there is very little left.
For a few minutes, you can stop giving and simply breathe.
This guided breathing reset for caregivers uses a gentle three-part replenishing breath. You inhale first into the belly, continue the breath into the ribs, then slowly exhale. It is a simple way to create a little space when you feel worn down and stretched thin.
This episode is for moments when:
- You feel like you have nothing left to give.
- You are tired but still have caregiving responsibilities ahead.
- You have been caring for everyone else and need a quiet moment for yourself.
- You need a small sense of caregiver stress relief without having to do anything more.
As you settle into the rhythm, you may notice a little more room in your body. Just let the breath move gently and take these few minutes as they come.

Caregiver Breathing Room GIft for You
If Caregiver Breathing Room has helped you find even a few quieter moments, I have a gift for you.
I’ve put together two longer guided meditations you can use when five minutes just isn’t enough — a 20-minute Body Scan and a calming Ocean Visualization.
They’re completely free, and you can come back to them anytime you need a little more space to settle your body and mind.
