Mindset it is the way we think about anything including situation, object . Individual mindset not just define how he or she react to the situation but also describe capability to endurance of pain, sorrow, disgrace, disappointments. There are two types of mindset mostly found in peoples . One is growth mindset & another is Fixed mindset. Growth mindset people believe in change. on other hand , Fixed mindset people found difficulty in accepting change or don't want to accept the change.
