Blue Week is a week-long campaign to raise awareness and support for men’s mental health and males experiencing eating disorders. On this episode Dr. Jason Nagata, a medical professor, pediatrician, and adolescent health researcher talks with Kelsey and Fiona about eating disorders in boys and men and the current discrepancies medical practices have when it comes to properly treating boys with eating disorders. As a group they dive deep into the giant stigmatizations men and boys receive and talk of ways to truly improve the conditions in all communities.
