He is energetic and enthusiastic as well as concerned and caring. He demonstrates passion in his work and in his life. Before we can answer this question we need to define passion. Passion, as this executive exemplifies, is energy and engagement for people and the work they do.

That college graduates are leaving school with a mountain of student loans isn’t news to anyone. But how are they feeling about it?
