Britnie Turner is an award-winning American Businesswoman and Philanthropist who founded Aerial Development Group in 2009 at age 21 with the mission of elevating people and places to creating lasting change. After meeting a little girl on a mission trip to Costa Rica who was handicapped due to being sexually abused by her father, Britnie felt called to build a business that was so extraordinary it could create extraordinary change in stopping the sex trafficking industry. During the 2007 recession, she bought her first house when she was 18 and through wearing multiple hats as a real estate agent, rehabber, and rental portfolio manager, her real estate career took off quickly growing into a multi-million-dollar business. Britnie has since formed multiple companies under the Aerial brand ranging from real estate development, media production, education, motivational speaking, disaster relief, nation development, and other non-profit work. Aerial was listed by Forbes as the "6th Fastest-Growing Woman-Owned/Woman-Led Company in the World" in 2016. Fortune listed Aerial as the "3rd Fastest-Growing Inner City Company in the United States" in 2016. Turner was most recently named as one of the "2021 Successful Women in Business" by Start Up Weekly, listed as “Home Town Hero” by Glamour Magazine and selected by Success Magazine as “2022 Real Estate Trendsetter.”
