Forecasting in itself can be problematic and automation can only take us so far. In this week's episode, Ronnie Rich of IBM joins us to discuss how organizations can improve the overall accuracy of their forecasting.

Ronnie is an experienced Senior Product Manager who acts as an entrepreneur, a strategist, a technical visionary, a cross-functional team leader, a mentor, and a client advocate. Ronnie has worked at IBM for nearly 12 years and in his current role, he works with customers and business partners to deliver innovative solutions for complex customer problems. Ronnie loves to read everything from the daily news and sports highlights, to memoirs and fiction, self-development and technical publications. He is also a runner - participating in his first 5k about five years ago and shortly thereafter competing in a 273k race. Aside from the stress release, running has connected Ronnie with some amazing people and he's traveled around the world to places like Grand Cache, Alberta, Kanab, Utah and San Pedro de Atacama, Chile all for the fun of running.
