We wrapped up our Emotional Health series with a live panel conversation featuring Bella, Kim, and Jordan (pastors and a therapist) as they responded to questions from our church community. Together, they explored the connection between emotional health and spirituality, navigating family wounds and difficult emotions, handling hurt within church relationships, and what it means to grow in emotional and spiritual maturity. This conversation reminds us that God cares about our whole selves—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—and invites us into healing, honesty, healthy relationships, and a deeper awareness of His presence in every part of our lives.
