In this episode I interview author and artist Laura Perry from the USA about Minoan Spirituality. She helps us to understand the sources of information and the processes around forming a modern practice from an ancient tradition. We discuss the modern practices that have formed from this exploration, and how relevant the Minoans can be to us today as we form traditions that are inclusive and accessible to all.
