Montreal based film makers Deena Dlusy-Apel and Max Beer, both retired school teachers, who have since retiring produced three documentaries on the subject of Jewish children and grandchildren of Holocaust survivors. Deena and Max explore the feelings and awareness of Montrealers who immigrated with their parents to Montreal from Europe, immediately after WW II or some years after, or were born in Montreal. The repercussions have lasted over two generations and even grandchildren are affected. The Forever Changing team talk to Deena and Max about what inspired them to make these films.
