Forever Exiled

Welcome to episode 318! Hopefully you've been enjoying your first week of Path of Exile 1's 3.27 Keepers of the Flame! There's been a ton of patches and considerations in this first week and there's plenty more to come. Loot, and arms, have been a big focus for GGG and we're excited to see where the strong loot takes us from here. Thanks for your listens each week. You're all fantastic!

In episode 317 we discuss the opening day of Path of Exile's 3.27 Keepers of the Flame. We had pretty different experiences, annnnnd we partially forgot that this wasn't After Dark. So hopefully GGG forgives us on that one. And you'll never guess which one of us is in maps, and which one of us is in Act 2. New content is always exciting, especially after it's tweaked, and we're looking forward to seeing where the game goes from here. Thanks for your listens each week! We love ya!

In episode 316 (final answer), we go back on our promises. GGG's newest Path of Exile 1 expansion, 3.27's Keepers of the Flame, has so many QoL improvements, revamped trade, sub ascendancies (Bloodlines), and so much more, that we may, kind of, sort of, possibly, might play more of the original game then we planned. Blast you, GGG! PoE 2 is on hold! Thanks for the great expansion, and thanks, everyone, for your listens each week!

Welp! We're almost finished our 3.26 private league (Path 1) and it's only natural to compare games when you jump from one game to another. So this episode is all about our builds, hardcore deaths, and comparisons between GGG's games. We hope you're enjoying our Path of Exile 1 PL, if you're playing, and the same wishes towards any of your PoE 2 experiences! Thanks, as always, for your support! We appreciate you taking the time to listen in.

This week GGG made some huge changes to Path of Exile 2's 0.3.0 (The Third Edict) endgame. Mapping has turned much more into PoE 1's setup, but with a lot of Path 2 retained. What could be coming out in 0.4 if GGG is willing to bring this out mid-league! Hopefully you enjoy the upcoming changes to the beta, and more importantly, we hope you're having a great week. Thanks, so much, for all the time you give to listen to us each and every week. Love ya!

An interview this week spawned a lot of good subjects and conversation. GGG's Eben interviewed Blair who voices both Tujen and Huck in Path of Exile 1 and 2, and the content they touched on could have us talking for hours. No matter where your opinions are of PoE 1 or 2's gameplay/balance, most of us can agree that the story and voice acting are top notch, though, that's only a smart part of our subject matter. We hope you're having a great time playing 0.3.0 Rise of the Abyssal/The Third Edict (or Borderlands 4), or whatever else you may be playing. Thanks, as always, for putting us in your weekly schedule. Love ya!

GGG released patch 0.3.0c this week! So, in episode 310, we discuss our gameplay before and after the patch, and the build ideas and progress we've made so far. New content, especially in a beta, comes with it's list of good and bad additions, and the glorious thing about sharing that with people is that sometimes they agree with you, and sometimes they don't! The person writing this, is of course, always right...but don't tell my co-host that.

Thanks for all of your support as we reach episode 310! You're amazing! Thank you!

There have been a lot of changes in 0.3.0 and its subsequent patches, and that means a lot to experience and a lot to unpack! With each expansion improving Path of Exile 2 more and more, it's no wonder our time stamp is what it is! GGG still has a lot they want to add but it'll take a good while to properly experience what they've given us for now. Thanks again for your time each and every week! We love your faces.
