The Bible tells us that the fruit of the Holy Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Cultivating these qualities in our lives can be a difficult and challenging endeavor, but it is important to remember that we are not alone in this process.
God is with us, and He gives us the strength and guidance to grow in holiness and become more Christ-like. He wants us to be like Him and to love Him with all our hearts, mind, and soul. As we honor our God-given desires - especially the desire for love and marriage - cultivating the fruit of the Holy Spirit will help us to stay in alignment with him and establish relationships that are healthy for us and bring glory to God.
In today's episode, I am sharing the highlights from my latest course, available exclusively to the Foundations For Love Members. I've distilled some of the most important points from each of the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Please enjoy!

In today's episode, we're going to talk about:
The past two years have left most women feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, exhausted, and in serious need of some DEEP refreshing. Myself included.
But one thing I've learned to do is pause. Not quit, not give up. Just pause.
As we wrap up the year and prepare for the next, I'm here to help you get closure and experience confidence despite the disappointments you've endured.
You did not create yourself, but you have entirely invented your ideas about who you are.
In today's episode, we're talking about why we must be willing to let go of all our previously held notions of who we were to embrace a fresh revelation of who we are.
This is a scary process.
Doing this work means intentionally stripping yourself bare of all the labels you've held on to. The good and the bad.

Everything you need to know to honor your God-given desire for a Christ-centered marriage is right:
There are four stages that we will pass through when trying to accomplish a seemingly impossible goal.

Some of your own making and some you've been pushed into.
On your journey with God, you will find yourself in some deep holes.
Here's how to get out.
In this group coaching session, we openly discussed what it's like to feel stuck in a hole and how to navigate those painful situations.
First, you need to know that some of the unfavorable circumstances you will inevitably find yourself in have nothing to do with you. Pandemics, hurricanes, floods, fires, and droughts, have nothing to do with you.
Sometimes the holes we find ourselves at the bottom of are self-created. Indulging in toxic behaviors, action out negative emotions, and not taking responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, and actions will have consequences.
But no matter how you got there, it's important to know that there is a way out.
Listen in as we talk about what to do when you've hit rock bottom and how to move forward with grace and dignity.

Everything you need to know to honor your God-given desire for a Christ-centered marriage is right:
Managing your money is not a skill most women are taught.
But it's never too late to learn.
Have you ever thought about marrying for money?
Don't worry, it's okay to admit that you'd like your Christ-centered marriage to come with an upgrade in finances too.
If you haven't, that's normal too.
What's important is that you're being honest with yourself about your money goals and the best ways to achieve them.
Here's the thing, getting your money to work for you, rather than against you, doesn't have to be complicated - and my guest on this episode, Delores McKenzie is here to share how.
Delores McKenzie is a Licensed Financial Educator and enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping families build a stronger financial foundation. Her Vision is to help families and individuals build a solid financial foundation.
In this episode, she shares why you might want to consider working on your financial goals now while you're single, plus:
Delores is on a mission to create dynamic and easy-to-follow steps, programs, system, workshops, and support, that offers solutions to help families and individuals achieve their financial goals and build a legacy.
She is the author of “The Heart of Obedience”: 10 Biblical Financial Principles to Change Your Life and “7 Steps for Mastering The Money In Your Relationships.” She loves to travel the world, meet new people and experience different cultures.
Her goal is to inspire you to rise above your circumstances by opening your mind to envision and embrace the promises of the Creator to become financially independent and live a life of abundance! Her motto can be found in Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
