Hey everyone!Its a holiday weekend here in the states and I go over the fact that it is okay to just take a day off. I am unsure how many people out there are like myself because I feel almost a stress when I am not working, testing, charting, or just spending time doing something. I feel like it was time wasted. I am slowly realizing and coming to terms that it is okay to take a day off for my mental health and I will come back rejuvenated. In this episode I go over this topic.
