Friendly to Beginners, Detailed Enough for Pros

As an experienced Forex trader, I purchased this book looking to expand my knowledge of the markets and perhaps learn some new techniques which I could apply to my trading style.

I was not disappointed.

This book does a great job of explaining the very basics of what the forex market is and how it works in a simple way, which is of course an excellent starting point for beginners.

For me, being an advanced trader with considerable experience, I was looking for more detailed concepts to be covered and in this book and they were. It does a fantastic job of keeping these concepts easy to understand despite their often complex nature - even newbies to forex and trading in general will be able to get a grasp of these topics without becoming confused.

Also worth mentioning is the very important parts of this book which warn against some of the common pitfalls of forex trading which so many people fall into, and crucially what to do to avoid them.

5 Stars for a book which is friendly to beginners, but detailed enough for pros!

An excellent intro and definition of the whole forex trading system.

I value the details given in the getting started part and also the strategies. Other than that there are details on: doâs and donâtâs, benefits of forex, holding period, FAQs. I only intended to get familiarity on forex. That part is short and brief, but this whole set I got at 2.99 contains so many other short books.

If I am honest, I didnât get what I intended to get 100% and for that I take away a mark. I expected this to be a more in depth reference on the WHOLE forex trading system. YET, what âwasâ included in brief was also very essential and significant information. So I give my thanks to the author for that.

PS: there was a book on âhow to get rich slowlyâ. And Iâve seen that in other books as well. Personally I think that title for ANY book is absurd. Because unless we have tons of luck on our side, getting rich requires a lot of hard work, sacrifices and time.
