In the Norse legends, the moon represented the Norse god Mani, brother to Sol, the sun. This brother/sister team provided a balance to our existence. Sol brought intellect, while Mani helped us to form the questions, just as the sun brought illumination, Mani re-established the expansive abilities of the darkness.

Today we recognize the magic, and energy control of the goddess Freyja. Visualizing the transfer of energy on the physical plane, and its effect on the human mind, offers us the opportunity to consciously manage this energy to assist us in obtaining and maintaining a better mental space.

Today is the Tyrsday, the day to embrace the intrinsic courage that we all have within us. A powerful demonstration of our courage is the display of kindness, for this allows us to demonstrate the powerful emotion of love, which emits a positive energy into the surrounding area, thereby allowing all to experience it.

As we do each week, today we celebrate the mental control of the Norse god Mani. However, this week I would also call for the recognition of the many sisters whom we have lost and ask that the creator (the gods) find those who would do this, and mend their hearts. Help all peoples live in a harmonious way.

Today we celebrate the magical energy of the goddess Freyja. This magic that Freyja would bring to Midgard has been covered over by the scientific words of the modern day, but is the magic of Mother Earth. Today I'd like to discuss the mental control of energies, removing the need to think of ourselves as superior.
