Will holds a master of divinity in urban ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in computer science from Duke University. He and his wife Jaime live in Kansas City.   • Celebration and Collaboration: Over 300 Forge champions joined us at the Forge Banquets in Dayton and Columbus, Ohio to celebrate Forge and meet other supporters who are passionate about raising up the next generation of conservative leaders.
  • Forge DC: The 2020-2021 Academy traveled to Washington, D.C. in May for a week of networking, learning, and incredible experiences.
  • Forge Leadership Summit: We welcomed 80 students for the 2021 Summit for a week of hands-on training, insightful speaker presentations, and the Forge legislative simulation at the Ohio Statehouse. View the recap here.
  • Forge Israel: Forge students traveled to Israel in July, despite severe restrictions. These restrictions continue to present challenges, but we're working on innovative ways to enhance our state > national > international experiences.
  • Life Changing Impact: Because of generous supporters, Forge has trained over 400 young conservatives from 40 states who are now serving in policy, law, business, ministry, and media. With two more additions this year, seven alumni now serve in elected office.
