Today, reflect on this list of sins. Name the ones that have taken root in your life. See them for what they are, and let yourself despise them with holy determination. Then turn to Jesus. As you acknowledge your struggles and reject sin, He will strengthen and purify your heart, transforming you into the beloved child of God you were created to be. 

How do you approach worship? Do you see the Mass as an encounter with the living God, or has it become just another weekly routine? Reflect on how you can deepen your interior participation. Perhaps it’s by preparing beforehand with prayer, meditating on the readings, or consciously offering each part of the Mass to God with gratitude and love.

Reflect today on the desire that drove the sick and their families to Jesus. Do you have that same burning desire to run to Him for the healing of your soul? If not, ask for the grace to long for His mercy as deeply as they longed for physical healing. Jesus is always ready to restore and renew us, if only we come to Him with faith and trust.

What is the "deep water" God is calling you to? Maybe it’s stepping out in faith in a relationship, a ministry, or a personal challenge. Whatever it is, Jesus' words to Peter echo for us too: *Do not be afraid.* If we trust and obey, He will take our ordinary and turn it into something extraordinary. 

Reflect today on those around you who may be in need of your time, energy, or attention. Is there someone whose need may "interrupt" your plans? Consider this interruption as a divine invitation to grow in love. While it may require a sacrifice, acts of selfless love often bring unexpected joy and renewal, both to the giver and the receiver. 

At the same time, consider how the world responds to the Gospel today. Like in the time of John the Baptist, there are many Herods and Herodiases. Some are perplexed by the Truth and unwilling to fully commit, while others reject it outright. Yet, we must not let this discourage us. Instead, we are called to remain faithful, rooted in the Truth, and to share the Gospel with love and courage. 

Reflect, today, upon those to whom you sense God wants you to reach out to with the Gospel. How do you do this? The answer is quite simple. You do so only by relying upon the providence of God. Step out in faith, listen to His guiding voice every step of the way, and know that His providence is the only way that the Gospel message will be effectively shared. 

Reflect today on how you see the people in your life. Do you celebrate the ways God is working through them? Or do familiarity, doubt, or even envy cloud your view? Strive to see beyond the surface and recognize God’s hand at work in the lives of those closest to you. 

Reflect on your own moments of fear or despair. In those times, how often do you let fear take the lead instead of holding fast to faith? Jesus’ words are as relevant to us today as they were to the grieving father. Whatever weighs heavily on your heart, whether it’s loss, uncertainty, or anxiety, bring it to Him. Trust that He walks with you and is calling you to rest in His peace.

Reflect today on someone in your life who seems far from God or lost in a life of sin. Pray for them, and ask God to use you as an instrument of His grace in their life. Trust in the power of Jesus to transform even the most hopeless situations and to bring light where there is darkness.
